Forgotten mystery of the Test Report

How many of us are actually creating Test Reports? Even if we make them, do we share them with the proper stakeholders? This is a subject so obvious that I am shocked at how often it pops up while discussing with experienced testers things that would bring value. During my discussion panel I would like to: Build an understanding that the Test Report is a tool. Build a common expectation of what the Test Report should contain. Identify the value it may bring to every team and individual. Define when, how, and with whom we should use it.
